How can we help?

Creating a poll

Ask your families a question and get a countable answer.

Operators
  1. Tap New Post and choose Poll.
  2. Write the question.
  3. Add the options — Add another option for each.
  4. Set when the poll ends.
  5. Choose your audience and publish.

Results show live as votes arrive, with a vote count. After the end date the card shows Poll closed and results stay visible.

What polls are good for
  • Choosing between two dates for a team event
  • Gauging interest before you commit to a tournament
  • Kit sizes, meal choices, volunteer availability
What to use instead

For "are you coming to this specific event", use an event with RSVP rather than a poll. RSVPs are attached to the event, tracked per family, and chaseable. See Posting an event with RSVP.

Tip: Two or three options. A poll with six options produces a winner with 22% of the vote and no mandate.
