Frequently asked questions

Yes. The feed, schedule, points, badges, chat and RSVPs all live in the app — for parents exactly as for you. Parents can find your club, request a trial and accept an invitation from a link, but every one of those paths ends with installing the app.
Each team has a single access code. Share it by email invitation, by QR code at your venue, or out loud. A parent enters the code in the app, picks which of their children to enroll, and lands on your roster — where you confirm the official enrollment date.
Thirty days of full Premium: unlimited athletes, teams and coaches, AI translation, and online trial bookings. No card is required to start. We email you 7 days and 1 day before it ends, and if you do nothing the account moves to Free limits — nothing is deleted.
No. A coach sees only the teams they are assigned to, and the athletes, parents, feed and schedule attached to those teams. Team Admins add roster powers over their own teams. Billing and privacy requests are the operator’s alone.
Some fields, yes — your club description, skill level names and point category names each have an English and a French box, and a family reading in the other language sees a gap if you leave one empty. Feed posts are different: write them once, and members can translate them on demand if you have turned on AI translation.
Photos in the club feed are visible to enrolled families in the post’s audience. Photos on the Celebration Wall are public to anyone with the link, and only appear there for children whose parent has granted Celebration Wall consent. Consent is per child and can be withdrawn at any time.
In Canada — the database, uploaded photos and documents, and the chat backend all sit in Canadian regions. The two exceptions are machine translation, which sends post text to a translation service and is therefore consent-gated, and push notifications, which are delivered by Apple and Google.
Device permission first — it is the cause nine times out of ten. Then their in-app notification preferences, then whether they are actually signed in and active on the roster rather than sitting there as Pending. A pending roster row receives nothing at all.
