Adding photos, video and documents

Attachment limits and what to watch for.

Photos

Up to six per post — "Maximum 6 photos per post". Very large originals are resized automatically; anything from a phone camera is fine.

Video

One video, up to 1 minute 30 seconds. The app compresses it before uploading, showing "Compressing video…". A long clip takes a while — start it before you leave the venue's wifi.

Documents

PDFs can be attached and open in an in-app viewer, so parents read a schedule or a permission form without downloading anything.

Before you post a photo of a child

Identifiable photos of children need the parent's consent, and consent for the public Celebration Wall is separate from the club feed. See Parental consent.

Tip: Six mediocre photos are worse than two good ones. Parents swipe; the first image is the one that gets seen.
