How can we help?

What the club feed is

The shared timeline for your club, and who sees what.

Operators

The feed is the timeline every enrolled family sees when they open Bravo+. It carries announcements, shoutouts, promotions, photos, polls and events.

Who can post

Operators, Team Admins and coaches. Parents cannot post; they react and comment.

Who sees a post

Whoever the post is addressed to. Every post is scoped either to the whole club or to specific teams, and only families with a child in that audience see it. See Choosing your audience.

What sits at the top

Pinned posts first, then everything else newest-first. Posts awaiting approval are visible only to their author and to moderators.

Why it matters

It is the one place families reliably look. A club that posts twice a week has parents who know what is going on; a club that posts twice a season has parents who assume nothing is happening.

Tip: Treat the feed as your club's front page, not a noticeboard of last resort. The rhythm matters more than any individual post.
