How can we help?

Writing a post

The basic post, start to finish.

Operators
  1. Tap New Post from your dashboard or the feed.
  2. Choose the audience — the whole club, or specific teams.
  3. Write your message.
  4. Add photos or a video if you have them.
  5. Tap Publish.

You will see "Post published!", or "Post submitted for approval" if post approval is on for your team.

What makes a post work
  • Say the thing first. Parents read the first line in a notification and decide from that.
  • One subject per post. Two announcements in one post means half your families act on one of them.
  • A photo doubles engagement. Any photo of a real session beats none.
  • Say what to do. "Bring indoor shoes Saturday" is a post. "Reminder about equipment" is not.
Tip: Your first post should be a welcome that names the coaches. It tells families the app is alive and worth opening again.
