Writing a post
The basic post, start to finish.
Operators- Tap New Post from your dashboard or the feed.
- Choose the audience — the whole club, or specific teams.
- Write your message.
- Add photos or a video if you have them.
- Tap Publish.
You will see "Post published!", or "Post submitted for approval" if post approval is on for your team.
What makes a post work
- Say the thing first. Parents read the first line in a notification and decide from that.
- One subject per post. Two announcements in one post means half your families act on one of them.
- A photo doubles engagement. Any photo of a real session beats none.
- Say what to do. "Bring indoor shoes Saturday" is a post. "Reminder about equipment" is not.
Tip: Your first post should be a welcome that names the coaches. It tells families the app is alive and worth opening again.
