Inviting a parent who already uses Bravo+

What happens when the address you invite already has an account.

Gestionnaires

Some parents already have Bravo+ — from another club, or another of your teams. Bravo+ handles it without creating a second account.

What they get

A push notification and an in-app prompt: "You've been invited to join {team}. Tap to join." Tapping opens the join screen with the code already filled in. They confirm which children to enroll and they are on your roster.

What you see

The invite result screen marks the address Already registered — notified in the app, or Already registered — emailed the code if a push could not be delivered.

If they do not respond

The prompt sits in their notifications. Nudge them in person and give them the access code — entering it manually reaches the same place.

Tip: This is the fastest join path there is. When a family has a second child starting, invite their existing address rather than asking them to sign up again.
