What each row shows
- The email address invited
- The date it was sent
- Pending or Joined
Using it
- Chase the Pending rows a week after your first session — that is where your missing families are
- Confirm you actually invited an address before a parent insists they never got anything
- Spot typos in email addresses, which are the most common cause of a silent non-join
Resending
Send a fresh invitation to the same address. The parent gets a new email; nothing is duplicated on your roster.
Tip: Two rounds of invitations, one week apart, typically gets a club from about 60% to over 90% of families active.
