Finding and sharing your team access code
Where the code lives on each surface.

Open the Team tab, choose the team, and open the access code screen. The code is displayed large enough to read across a gym, with the QR code beside it.
After sending invitations
The code also appears on the result screen once you send email invitations, so you can pass it on by hand to any address that bounced.
Ways to share it
- Email invitations — the code travels with the link, so the parent never types it
- The QR code — best in the room; parents scan with the phone camera
- Say it out loud — codes are short and unambiguous by design
- Screenshot the code screen — and put it in your club's welcome message
Tip: Show the QR code at the end of your first session while parents are already holding their phones. It converts far better than an email sent the next morning.
