How team join codes work

One code per team, and what happens when a parent uses it.

Gestionnaires

Every team has a single team access code. Anyone holding it can request to join that team.

The flow
  1. You share the code — by email invitation, QR code or in person.
  2. The parent enters it in the app under Join a team, or arrives with it pre-filled from an invitation link.
  3. They pick which of their children to enroll.
  4. The join lands on your roster.
  5. Their children appear as enrolled once you confirm the official enrollment date.
What the code is not

It is not a password, and it is not per-family. One code covers the whole team, which is what makes it shareable and sayable out loud. That also means it should not be posted somewhere public — anyone with it can ask to join.

Rotating a code

If a code has spread further than you intended, contact support to have it reissued. Existing members are unaffected.

Note: Bravo+ used to issue a separate code per athlete. That was retired — there is now one code per team, and nothing else.
