Finding someone on a large roster

Tabs, search and what the labels on each row mean.

Operators
The tabs

The roster splits into Coaches & Staff and Athletes & Families, so a hundred-person club does not become one undifferentiated list. In the app the same split appears as Coaches, Athletes and Family sections.

Search

The search box filters by name as you type, across the current tab. "No members match your search" means exactly that — check the other tab before concluding the person is missing.

Reading a row
  • Coach Admin / Coach / Family / Athlete — the member's role
  • Pending (invite sent) — invitation not yet accepted
  • Expires {date} — enrollment end date
  • No children enrolled — a parent account with no child on this team, usually a half-finished join
Tip: If a parent swears they joined and you cannot find them, search the Athletes & Families tab for the child's name. Parents who joined without adding a child are easy to miss.
