Inviting parents by email
Send the team access code to a list of parents in one go.
Operators- Open the team and tap Invite parents, or use Invite parent(s) from your dashboard's quick actions.
- Choose the team you are inviting to.
- Paste the parent email addresses — one address per line.
- Tap Send invitations.
Each parent gets an email with the team access code and a link. When they sign up, they land straight on the join step with the code filled in.
Reading the result screen
Bravo+ tells you what happened to each address:
- Invite emailed — new to Bravo+, invitation sent
- Already registered — notified in the app — they have an account; they got an in-app prompt with the code pre-filled
- Already registered — emailed the code — account exists, notified by email
- Already a member — nothing to do
- Email failed — share the code with them by hand; it is shown on the same screen
Limits
There is a maximum number of addresses per batch, shown if you exceed it. Split a large list across two sends.
Tip: Send invitations the same evening as your first session, while parents still remember being told about the app.
