Operators

From the roster, tap or click an athlete to open their detail view.

What is shown
  • Points by category, with a grand total
  • Skill level — current level and position in the framework, e.g. "Level 3 of 6"
  • Recent attendance
  • Badges earned
  • Team membership and enrollment dates
  • Guardians linked to the child
Who can open it

Operators can see any athlete in their club. Coaches can see athletes on the teams they are assigned to, and no others. Parents see only their own children.

What is not there

Medical notes, addresses and free-text personal records are deliberately absent. Bravo+ holds the minimum it needs to run a season, which keeps your privacy obligations small.

Tip: Open an athlete's profile before a parent meeting. Points by category and attendance together answer most of what a parent will ask.
