How can we help?

Removing someone from a roster

Take an athlete or a parent off a team, and what happens next.

Operators
  1. Open the team and find the member.
  2. Choose Remove.
  3. Confirm.
Removing an athlete

The child comes off this team's roster and schedule. Their points, badges and history are kept against their profile — if they come back, nothing has to be rebuilt.

Removing a parent

Parents are usually on the roster because their child is. In that case the row explains it: "On the roster because their child is. Remove the child to remove them." Remove the athlete and the parent follows.

Things the system will not let you do
  • Remove yourself from a team
  • Remove a member you do not have permission over — coaches can only remove from teams they run
  • Remove someone already gone; the row will say so
Tip: At season end, prefer setting an enrollment expiry date to removing everyone by hand. See Enrollment and expiry dates.
