How can we help?

QR check-in

Let families check themselves in by scanning a code.

Operators

QR check-in moves the roll call from the coach to the door.

How it works
  1. The coach opens the event and taps Show QR Check-In.
  2. Parents and athletes scan it with their phone camera.
  3. They confirm which athlete they are checking in.
  4. The athlete is marked present.
The codes expire

Each QR code carries a countdown and stops working when it runs out. Tap Refresh QR Code for a new one. This is what stops a photo of the code being passed around by a family sitting at home — a check-in has to happen in the room.

What families see

"You're checked in!", or "You're already checked in" if they scan twice. A parent with more than one child on the team is asked which athlete they are checking in.

Tip: Put a tablet on a stand by the door with the code showing. Check-in stops being anyone's job.
