How can we help?

Seeing who replied

Read the RSVP responses for an event.

Operators

Open the event and choose View responses. You get every member of the audience grouped by answer:

  • Yes
  • No
  • Maybe
  • No answer — everyone who did not reply
Reading it properly

No answer is the group that matters. It is usually larger than No, and it is the one to chase before you count heads for a bus or a meal.

Chasing replies
  • Post a reminder on the feed a day before the deadline
  • Message the handful who have not answered directly, rather than nagging everyone
  • If a parent cannot reply, record it yourself and tell them you did
Note: RSVPs are answered per family, not per child. A parent with two children on the team answers once for the household.
