How can we help?

What parents see on your public page

A tour of the club page from the family side.

Operators

Your public page at bravoplus.ca/en/programs/your-club shows:

  • Header — cover image, logo, club name, sport, star rating and city
  • About — your description in the reader's language
  • Info card — address and map, age groups, contact details, website
  • Pricing card — starting price, or "price on request" if you have not set one
  • Book a trial — if trial sessions are on and you have open slots
  • Events tab — upcoming events you chose to show publicly
  • Feed tab — a preview; full posts require enrolling
  • Reviews — from families who enrolled
What is not public

Rosters, points, attendance, chat, and any post scoped to a specific team. A visitor sees a shop window, not the inside of your club.

Tip: Open your own public page before you advertise it. It is the fastest way to spot an empty description or a missing phone number.
