How can we help?

Setting your address, sport and age groups

The three fields that control whether the right families find you.

Operators

These are filters, not decoration. A parent searching for karate for a six-year-old within 10 km either matches all three or never sees you.

Address

Enter the street address where sessions actually happen, not your home or mailing address. It is geocoded to place your pin on the map and to compute the distance shown on your card.

Sport

One sport per club record. It filters search and picks the glyph on your card.

Age groups

Tick every band you genuinely serve. Over-ticking gets you enquiries you have to turn down; under-ticking makes you invisible to families you could take.

Changing them later

All three are editable at any time from Edit. A change to the address re-geocodes the pin, which can take a few minutes to show on the map.

Note: If you run sessions at two venues, the profile carries one address. Name the second venue in your description and in the location field on each event.
