Filling in your club details

Set up the club record that everything else in Bravo+ hangs from.

Operators

Your club — called a program in places — is the container for your teams, coaches and billing. Set it up first.

  1. Open Dashboard › Club details.
  2. Fill in the club name, sport, full address, city, postal code and province.
  3. Pick the age groups you serve.
  4. Write the description in English and in French.
  5. Add a contact email, phone and website if you have one.
  6. Set your Training days — the sessions you offer families who want to try your club.
  7. Tap Save. You will see "Club details updated".
Choosing the sport

The sport drives search filters and the glyph on your card. Pick the closest match; if you run several disciplines, create one club per discipline or choose the broadest one and say the rest in the description.

Note: The address is used to place you on the map and to compute distance in search. A vague address means families 10 km away never see you.
