Editing your club, and pausing intake

Change details, or stop taking new families without deleting anything.

Open Dashboard › Club details, change what you need, then Save. Edits go live immediately. Changing the address re-geocodes your map pin, which can lag a few minutes.

Pausing intake

Turn Trial sessions off in Club details. Parents can no longer book a trial with your club — they can still send an enquiry, so you keep hearing from interested families.

What keeps working while unpublished

Everything internal. Your teams, rosters, feed, schedule, points and chat carry on exactly as before, and enrolled families notice nothing. Unpublishing is about intake, not operations.

When to use it
  • Your season is full and you cannot take more trialists
  • You are closed for the summer
  • You are short a coach and cannot cover a first class properly
Note: Deleting a club is not self-serve, because it would remove every roster, post and record attached to it. Contact support if you genuinely need it.
