How can we help?

Adding your logo, cover image and photos

The images that decide whether a family clicks your club card.

Operators

Open Dashboard › Club details and use the Logo and Cover image fields.

What each one is for
  • Logo — square, shown on your club card in search results and next to your posts. A crest or wordmark on a plain background.
  • Cover image — wide, shown across the top of your public club page. A real photo of a real session beats a stock image every time.
Practical advice
  • Use landscape photos for the cover; portrait shots get cropped badly.
  • Photograph a busy session, not an empty gym.
  • Get consent before publishing a photo where a child is identifiable. See Parental consent.
  • Large files are resized automatically, but a 30-megapixel original will be rejected. Anything from a phone camera is fine.
Tip: A club card with no image gets scrolled past. If you have nothing good today, use a photo of the venue and replace it after your next session.
