Managing who is in a chat
Add and remove participants.
OperatorsOpen the conversation, then its details, to see participants. From there you can add people who are eligible for the conversation, or remove someone.
Who can manage
The creator, plus operators and Team Admins for their teams.
When someone leaves the club
Removing a family from a team does not delete their message history. Past messages remain, attributed to a Former member, so a conversation still makes sense when you read it back.
Adding someone mid-conversation
New participants see the conversation from the point they join, not the history before it.
Note: Chat membership follows team membership. If someone should not be in a team's conversations, the fix is usually their team membership rather than the chat.
