Booking a trial for a family who called you
Put a phone or walk-in enquiry into the same queue as online bookings.
GestionnairesNot every family starts in the app. When one phones or walks in, book them yourself so they get the same reminders and end up in the same funnel.
- Open Trial bookings from your dashboard and choose New trial booking.
- Enter the parent's name, email, phone and preferred language.
- Add each child with a name and date of birth. Use Add another child for siblings.
- Pick an open slot, or set a date yourself if none fits.
- Add a note if the call raised something.
- Choose Book and invite.
The parent gets an email inviting them to create an account, pre-filled with what you entered. Once they do, the booking links to their real account.
Before they sign up
The row is marked Invite. You cannot enroll them yet — "Waiting for the parent to create their account." If the invitation goes unopened, Bravo+ nudges them after 24 hours, and you can send a reminder yourself.
Tip: Book the trial while the parent is still on the phone and tell them the email is coming. Completion rates roughly double compared with sending it later.
