Reviewing attendance history

Where past attendance lives and what to do with it.

Gestionnaires
Per athlete

Open an athlete and look at Recent Attendance on their progress overview. This is the view to have open in a parent conversation.

Per event

Open a past event and its attendance record to see the whole squad for that session — useful when you are reconstructing who was at a particular game.

What it is good for
  • Spotting a child drifting away before they quit, which is usually three or four quiet absences
  • Answering "has she been coming?" with a fact
  • Backing up a place on a competitive squad with something other than an impression
What it is not

It is not a public record. Parents see their own children's attendance and nothing else, and coaches only see their own teams.

Tip: Scan the last month's attendance before the mid-season point. The families you would otherwise lose in March are visible in January.
