Setting up a recurring practice
Create a whole season of weekly sessions in one go.
Gestionnaires- Start a new event as usual.
- Turn on Recurring event.
- Choose the frequency — daily, weekly or monthly.
- Set how many times it repeats, up to 52.
- Save.
Bravo+ generates the whole series. Every occurrence appears in the schedule and each is a real event that can carry attendance and RSVPs.
Editing a series later
When you edit any occurrence, you choose the scope:
- This event only — one week moved for a holiday
- This and following events — the time changed from January onward
- All events in the series — you got the location wrong from the start
Practical limits
52 occurrences covers a year of weekly sessions. For a longer arrangement, create a second series when the first runs out.
Tip: Build the recurring series first, then move the handful of exceptions. It is much faster than entering thirty sessions by hand.
