When a family asks for their data

The right of access, and how it is fulfilled.

Gestionnaires

Any individual can ask for a copy of the personal data held about them. Bravo+ has a built-in path so you are not assembling it by hand.

If the family asks in the app

They submit it themselves under Data & Privacy › Request Data Export. It goes into the compliance queue, and they receive a secure download link. You do not have to do anything.

If they ask you directly

Point them at that screen. It is faster, it is authenticated — which matters, because handing personal data to the wrong person is itself a breach — and it produces a record.

The deadline

Requests are fulfilled within 30 days. The status is visible to the requester as pending, in progress, completed or escalated, with the SLA deadline shown.

What is included

All personal data Bravo+ holds about the requester and their children: profile, enrollments, points, attendance, consents, messages.

Note: A parent's request covers themselves and their children. A coach asking for "everything about my team" is asking for other people's data, which is not a right of access.

When a family asks to be deleted
