Team Admins: the senior coach role
What the elevated coach role adds, and when to grant it.
GestionnairesA Team Admin is a coach with roster authority over the teams they run.
What they can do beyond a coach
- Invite coaches and families to their teams
- Remove members from their teams
- Approve, reject or request changes to coach posts when post approval is on
- Manage team membership from the app
What they still cannot do
- Change the club profile or publish it
- Edit the club details or the point categories
- Change the training days or process trial requests
- Touch billing or privacy requests
Those stay with the operator.
When to grant it
Give it to the person who actually runs a team night to night — the one who knows which children turned up and which parent is missing from the roster. If you are moderating every post yourself at 11pm, you needed a Team Admin a month ago.
Note: The role is per team, not per club. A Team Admin has no authority over teams they are not on.
