Removing a coach
End a coach's access when they leave the club.
Gestionnaires- Open each team the coach is on.
- Find them in Coaches & Staff.
- Choose Remove and confirm.
Access ends immediately: rosters, feed, schedule and chat for that team all close.
Do it for every team
Removal is per team. A coach on three teams needs removing from three. Search their name across your teams before you consider it done.
What stays behind
Their past work remains attributed to them — points they awarded, posts they published, attendance they recorded. That history belongs to the club's record and does not vanish with the account, which is what makes attendance and point logs worth anything.
If they are coming back
Leaving them on the roster over a short break is fine and costs you nothing but a coach seat. For a long absence, remove them and re-invite later; their account and history survive.
Tip: Add coach removal to your end-of-season checklist. Coach seats count against your plan, and forgotten accounts are the usual reason a club is on a bigger tier than it needs.
