Managing coaches on a team
Add and remove coaches from the team screen.
GestionnairesOperators and Team Admins can manage team membership directly.
Adding
- Open the Team tab and choose the team.
- Open the Coaches section.
- Tap Invite a member, enter the email, and choose the role — Coach or Team Admin.
- Tap Send invite.
Removing
Find the coach in the Coaches section, tap Remove, and confirm. They lose access to that team immediately.
Rules the app enforces
- You cannot remove yourself from a team
- A coach cannot remove members from a team they do not administer
- Removing someone already gone reports "This member is no longer on the roster"
Tip: Do this between sessions, on the spot. Team membership fixed in the moment is team membership that actually gets fixed.
