Inviting a coach
Add a coach to a team and get them into the app.
Gestionnaires- Open the team from the Team tab.
- Choose Invite Coach, or Invite Coach Admin for a senior coach who needs roster powers.
- Enter their email address.
- Choose Send invite.
The coach gets an email with a link. They create an account (or sign in, if they already have one) and land on your team.
If the email fails
You will see "Invite created, but the email couldn't be sent — share the access code instead." The invitation exists; give them the team access code and have them join with it, selecting the coach role.
Coach limits
Your subscription tier caps the number of coach accounts. "You have reached the maximum number of Coach accounts in your plan" means upgrade or remove an inactive coach.
Tip: Invite coaches before parents. A coach who is already set up can help their families join, which turns your longest job into someone else's short one.
