A post is not appearing in the feed
Approval, audience, or the post never published.
Operators- Is it awaiting approval? If post approval is on for the team, coach posts wait. The author sees Pending approval; nobody else sees anything. Clear the queue. See Reviewing pending posts.
- Was it rejected or sent back? The author's copy shows Not approved or Changes requested, with the reason.
- Is the audience right? A post scoped to Team A is invisible to Team B's families. Open the post and check its audience.
- Is the person complaining actually enrolled? A pending roster row sees no feed at all.
- Did it publish? If the app was closed during upload — especially with a video compressing — it may never have gone out. Check the author's feed.
The quick test
Open the feed as an operator. You see everything in your club. If the post is not there, it did not publish.
Tip: Videos are the usual culprit. Compression takes time and closing the app mid-upload loses the post.
