A parent cannot find my club in search
Six causes, in the order they occur.
Operators- Are your club details complete? A club with no sport, address or age groups cannot match anyone's filters. Open Dashboard › Club details and check.
- Is the address precise? Search is distance-based. A vague or wrong address puts your pin somewhere else, or nowhere.
- Does the sport match? A parent filtering for karate will not see a club filed under martial arts.
- Do the age groups match? If you did not tick the band their child is in, you are filtered out.
- Are they inside the radius? The default is a modest radius. Ask them to widen it to 25 or 50 km.
- Are they searching Google? Search-engine indexing is suppressed while Bravo+ is pre-launch. Your club is findable on bravoplus.ca and in the app — not yet in Google.
Quick check
Open the search page yourself, enter your own postal code, and look. If you are there, the problem is on their side.
Tip: Send families the direct link to your club page. It works regardless of filters, radius and search engines.
