How can we help?

Setting up your training days

Open the sessions a new family can try.

Operators

Training days are the sessions you offer to families who want to try your club. Without at least one, your club page shows no booking button.

  1. Open Dashboard › Club details.
  2. Scroll to Training days.
  3. Tap Add a day.
  4. Set the day, time and duration.
  5. Optionally name the class and set an age range such as "Ages 6–9".
  6. Tap Save.

Make sure Trial sessions is on, just above. When it is off, parents cannot book a trial with your club — they can still send an enquiry.

Choosing which sessions to offer

Offer the sessions where a coach can genuinely look after a newcomer on top of the regular squad. Your quietest weeknight beats your busiest Saturday: a trialist who spends an hour at the back of a full gym does not come back.

Tip: Keep training days listed for the weeks ahead at all times. A parent who finds nothing bookable this week does not come back next week.
