How can we help?

Managing trial requests

The queue of families waiting to hear from you.

Operators

Open Trial bookings from your dashboard to see every request.

What each row shows
  • The child's name and age
  • The parent
  • The session requested
  • Any note the parent left
  • Status: Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled or Enrolled
Working the queue

Deal with Pending first, and quickly. A trial request is a parent who has already decided to try something — the gap between the request and your reply is where most of them are lost. Same-day is good; 48 hours is late.

Where else it surfaces

Your dashboard shows a "{count} trial(s) to confirm" item under Needs attention, and you get a New trial booking push notification when a request arrives.

Tip: Read the note field. Parents put the thing they are actually worried about in there — a shy child, an allergy, a sibling — and answering it in your reply converts far better than a confirmation.
