How can we help?

Confirming or declining a trial

Assign a coach and confirm, or cancel with a reason.

Operators
Confirming
  1. Open the booking.
  2. Choose Assign a coach — confirmation requires one, so the family knows who to look for.
  3. Choose Confirm.

The parent gets "Trial confirmed!" naming the session and the coach, and the coach gets "Trial session assigned" with the child's name and time.

Declining or cancelling

Choose Cancel on the booking. Do it with a message: a parent whose trial is cancelled without explanation does not book a second one. If it is a capacity problem, offer another slot in the same breath.

Deleting

A request can be deleted outright, with a confirmation. A trial that already led to an enrollment cannot be deleted — that record is now part of the enrollment history.

Tip: Confirm and assign the coach in one sitting rather than confirming now and assigning later. The coach's name is most of the reassurance in that notification.
