How can we help?

Enquiries from your club page

Where the contact form goes and how to answer it.

Operators

A parent who is not ready to book can send an enquiry from your public page — name, email, child's age and a message.

Where it arrives
  • A push notification: "Enquiry from {name}"
  • In the app under Messages › Enquiries
  • Optionally assigned to a coach, who gets "Trial enquiry assigned to you"
Answering well

Reply in the thread. The parent gets it as a message, so the conversation stays in one place instead of scattering across email.

Turning enquiries off

Enquiries stay available even with trial sessions turned off, which is what makes turning trials off during a full season safe: you still hear from interested families.

Tip: Assign enquiries to the coach who runs the relevant age group. A reply from the person who would actually coach the child outperforms a reply from the office.
