Turning on post approval
Require review before coach posts go live.
Operators- Open the team from the Team tab.
- Find Require post approval.
- Turn it on.
Coach posts on that team now wait for a moderator: "Coaches' posts need your approval before they appear in the feed."
It is per team
Turn it on for a team with three new volunteer coaches and leave it off for the one run by your head coach of nine years.
What it costs
Every post now waits for you. If you are slow, coaches stop posting — and a coach who has stopped posting does not start again when you finally get to the queue. Turn it on only if you will clear the queue same-day.
Who reviews
Operators and Team Admins. Posts by operators and Team Admins are not held.
Tip: Start with it on for a new coach's first few posts, then turn it off. It is a training tool more than a control.
