The Recognition Tracker
See which athletes are being missed, before they notice.
CoachesOpen the Recognition Tracker from the coach dashboard. It splits your athletes into two groups over the last 10 days:
- Recognized — has received a point or a shoutout
- Needs Recognition — has not
Filter by team, or view All Teams.
Why it exists
Every coach recognises the same children without meaning to: the loudest, the best, the one whose parent talks to you. The child who says nothing and improves slowly is the one who quietly leaves. This screen makes that pattern visible while you can still do something about it.
Using it
Open it before your session and pick two names from Needs Recognition. Watch for something real, then award it. Give a shoutout is available straight from the list.
If nothing has been posted this week you get a prompt — "No shoutouts this week yet — time to celebrate your team!" — with Post First Shoutout. When everyone has been reached it says so: "Everyone has been recognised this week".
