Changing your email or password

Keep your credentials current.

Operators
Password

Change it from your account settings. New passwords need at least 8 characters with an upper case letter, a lower case letter and a digit. If you cannot remember the current one, use password reset instead.

Email

Your email address is your login, your reset route, and where invoices and trial reminders go. Change it in account settings; you will need to confirm the new address before it takes effect.

Why it matters more than it looks

A stale operator email means missed trial reminders, missed enquiry notifications and a password reset you cannot complete. When a club changes treasurer or a coach changes jobs, updating this is the step that gets forgotten.

Tip: Use an address that belongs to the club rather than one person, for the operator account. Personal addresses leave with the person.
