Enrollment and expiry dates

Set when a child is enrolled and when their enrollment lapses.

Gestionnaires

Every athlete's place on a team carries a start date and, optionally, an expiry date.

Setting them

Open the athlete on the roster and edit the enrollment. The start date is the official first day; the expiry date is when their season ends.

What expiry does

On the expiry date the athlete's enrollment lapses. They stop counting against your plan's athlete limit, the family stops receiving that team's notifications, and the row shows as expired rather than disappearing — so you can re-enroll them next season without retyping anything.

Why bother
  • Your athlete count stays accurate, which keeps your bill accurate
  • Families are not still getting notifications for a team they left in June
  • Renewal becomes a date change rather than a rebuild
Tip: Set expiry to the last day of your season the moment you enroll a child. It is one keystroke then, and a hundred rows to fix in September otherwise.
