Managing your notification preferences
Choose which types you receive.
GestionnairesOpen Settings › Notifications in the app. Each type has its own switch, with a description of what it covers:
- Points Awarded — when a coach awards points to your athlete
- Skill Level-Up — when your athlete is promoted
- Badges
- New Messages
- Trial Booking Confirmation
- Calendar reminders
- Team posts and announcements
Turn off what you do not need and leave the rest.
For coaches and operators
Trial bookings, enquiries and posts awaiting approval are the ones worth keeping loud. If you moderate posts, keeping Post awaiting approval on is what stops a coach's shoutout sitting in a queue for three days.
These are per person
Your preferences do not affect what parents receive. Everyone tunes their own.
Tip: Rather than turning a noisy category off entirely, mute the specific conversation causing it. See Muting a conversation.
