Turning notifications on
Grant permission on the device so anything can arrive at all.
GestionnairesBravo+ asks for notification permission the first time you open it. If you declined, or tapped past it, nothing will arrive until you grant it in the operating system.
iPhone and iPad
Settings › Notifications › Bravo+ and turn on Allow Notifications. Check that Lock Screen, Notification Centre and Banners are all on.
Android
Settings › Apps › Bravo+ › Notifications and enable them. On newer versions, also check that Bravo+ is not restricted by battery optimisation, which can delay delivery.
Then check in-app
Device permission is only half of it. Your per-type preferences inside Bravo+ decide what gets sent. See Notification preferences.
Tip: Walk new families through this at registration. "I never get anything from the club" is almost always a permission that was declined in the first ten seconds.
