Comment pouvons-nous vous aider ?

Choosing who sees a post

Club-wide or specific teams, and why it matters.

Gestionnaires

Every post carries an Audience:

  • Whole club — every enrolled family in every team
  • Specific teams — pick one or more; only families with a child on those teams see it
Choosing well

Ask whether a family with no child on the team needs this. A U8 parent reading about the senior squad's tournament bus learns that your posts are usually irrelevant to them — and then stops reading the one that is not.

  • Whole club: closures, registration, club-wide events, general celebration
  • Specific teams: schedules, kit, game details, anything operational
Tagging an athlete

Naming an athlete requires a single team, because the athlete picker is drawn from one roster: "Select a single team to tag an athlete."

Changing it later

Editing a published post does not re-notify the audience. If you posted to the wrong teams, delete and repost rather than editing.

Tip: Default to specific teams. Club-wide is for the things that genuinely concern everybody, and it is more powerful for being rare.
