Posting a shoutout

Publicly recognise an athlete or a whole team.

Entraîneurs

A Shoutout is a post type built for recognition.

  1. Tap New Post and choose Shoutout.
  2. To name one athlete, pick a single team first, then choose the athlete. (Tagging an athlete requires a single team — "Select a single team to tag an athlete.")
  3. Write what they did.
  4. Add a photo.
  5. Publish.
Writing one

Be specific. "Léa stayed after to help the younger group with their rolls" is a shoutout. "Great job everyone" is filler that trains families to skip your posts.

Team shoutouts

Choose None for the athlete and address the team. Use these after a game or a hard session — the whole squad, one moment, one photo.

Where it goes

The club feed, and the public Celebration Wall if you mark it for the wall and the athlete's parent has granted consent.

Tip: Post one shoutout per session. It is the smallest habit with the largest effect on whether families stay.
