Updating your profile
What families see about you, and how to change it.

For coaches
Your coach profile appears on the club page under Your coach, and it carries:
- Level / rank — your certification or grade
- Years of experience
- Languages spoken — French, English or bilingual
- Your photo
This is one of the first things a parent reads when deciding on a club. A coach with a photo, a rank and "bilingual" against their name converts trials; a bare name does not.
For operators
Your name and contact details appear where the club needs a human attached. Club-level contact details — the phone and email families use — are on the club profile rather than here. See Creating your club profile.
Tip: Completing the coach profile is one of the four onboarding tasks for a reason. Ask new coaches to do it in week one, while they still have the checklist in front of them.
