Staying signed in, and getting signed out when you need to.
GestionnairesBravo+ keeps you signed in on a device so you are not typing a password before every session. That is convenient and it is worth understanding.
Signing out
Sign out from account settings on the device. Do this on any phone you are lending, selling or returning.
A lost or stolen phone
- Change your password — this is the fastest broad response.
- Sign out on your other devices and back in, so your active session is the current one.
- If the device held operator access, contact support.
Why signing out and in fixes things
Your session carries your role and your plan limits. After a subscription change or a role change, signing out and back in is what refreshes them — which is why it is the standard fix for "the app still thinks I am on the old plan".
Tip: Coaches using a shared club tablet should sign out at the end of each session. A shared tablet left signed in as a Team Admin is a roster anyone can edit.
