What happens when your trial or subscription ends
Exactly what changes, and what does not.

What you keep
Everything. Your club profile, teams, rosters, feed history, points, skill levels, attendance and chat all remain. Nothing is deleted.
What changes
Free limits apply going forward: 20 athletes, 2 coaches, 1 team, no AI translation, no online trial bookings.
If you are over the limits
Existing records are not destroyed. What stops is adding: a new team, a third coach, or the twenty-first athlete is refused with a message pointing at your subscription. Families already enrolled carry on.
Getting back
Subscribe and the limits lift immediately. Nothing needs rebuilding.
Tip: If you are over the Free limits and pausing for the summer, subscribing monthly for the one month you are actually running is usually cheaper than reorganising your teams.
