How can we help?

The athlete progress overview

One screen with points, level and attendance for a single child.

Coaches

Open an athlete from your roster to see their progress overview:

  • Points — total and by category
  • Skill Level — current level and position, e.g. "Level 3 of 6"
  • Recent Attendance
  • Badges earned
Using it

Before a parent conversation, open it. Three facts — where the child sits, what they are being recognised for, and whether they have been coming — answer nearly every question a parent brings.

Before a promotion, open it. Points by category show what a child has actually been good at, which is a better basis than the impression left by last Tuesday.

What parents see

Their own child's version of this screen, with the same numbers. There is no hidden coach's copy, so anything you record is something you are prepared to discuss.

Tip: The categories where an athlete has almost no points are the useful signal. That is where the next conversation is.
