How can we help?

What is public and what is private

A precise line, so nobody has to guess.

Operators
Public — anyone on the internet
  • Your club profile: name, sport, address, description, photos, contact details
  • Your star rating and reviews
  • Trial slots and their availability
  • Public events you chose to show
  • The Celebration Wall, for children whose parents consented
Private — enrolled families only
  • The club feed and its comments
  • The team schedule
  • Team rosters
  • Chat
Private — a single family
  • Their child's points, badges, skill level and attendance
  • Their own messages
Private — the club only
  • Billing, privacy requests, the audit log
Tip: Before posting a photo, ask which list it lands on. A team photo in the feed is seen by enrolled families; the same photo on the Celebration Wall is seen by anyone with a link.
