How can we help?

Notifications are not arriving

Work through this list in order.

Operators
  1. Device permission. The most common cause by far. See Turning notifications on.
  2. In-app preference. Open Settings › Notifications and check the specific type is on.
  3. Signed in? Notifications go to signed-in devices. Being signed out on a phone is silent and easy to miss.
  4. Right account? A parent with two accounts — one from a previous club — may be checking the wrong one.
  5. Actually on the team? No team membership, no notifications. Check the roster, and check for a Pending badge.
  6. Battery optimisation. On Android, aggressive power saving delays or drops pushes. Exclude Bravo+.
  7. Do Not Disturb or a Focus mode. Silences everything, including Bravo+.
Still nothing

Sign out and back in on the device — this re-registers it for push. If it is one person on one device, that fixes it nearly every time.

Note: Notifications are delivered best-effort by Apple and Google. The in-app Alerts tab always has the full list, so nothing is truly missed.
