How can we help?

Operator, Team Admin, Coach and Family — who can do what

The four roles in Bravo+ and the permissions attached to each.

Operators

Every account in Bravo+ carries one role per club. The role decides which screens appear and which actions are allowed.

Operator

The club owner. Fills in the club details, creates teams, sets the point categories and training days, invites coaches, moderates the feed, and owns the subscription. There is one operator account per club.

Team Admin

A senior coach with roster powers. Everything a coach can do, plus inviting and removing members of the teams they run, and approving posts when post approval is on. Shown as Team Admin.

Coach

Runs sessions. Awards points, promotes athletes, takes attendance, posts to the feed, and chats with families on their teams. Cannot change club settings or billing.

Family

A parent or guardian. Sees the feed, schedule, points and badges for their own children only, RSVPs to events, and chats with coaches. An athlete aged 13–17 can have their own limited account.

Note: Roles are per club. A coach at two clubs has one login and two roles, and only ever sees one club's data at a time.
